Introduction:
Le Grand Window Cleaning is a nationwide window cleaning company which primarily services retail customers as well as restaurants, banks, offices and many other types of business across the USA and Canada.
Many of our customers are your local mom and pop shops as well as corporate multi location business which may have 10 to 1000 locations across the US and Canada.
We service many nationwide customers like Rue 21, Verizon Wireless, Hobby Lobby, Buckle, Journey’s Shoes and many more!
We have been in the window cleaning industry for over 30 years since 1990!
We provide our clients with other services like Floor Cleaning, Carpets, High Dusting, Post Construction Clean-up, and Pressure Washing!
Now Hiring in all 50 states!
Le Grand Window Cleaning is now hiring:
- Regional Managers
- State Managers
- City Managers
- Sales People
Seven
The number seven is the key to making our system work! At each level of management you will have multiple sales people below you which may not be manageable if you try to manage all of them yourself. We only ask our managers to hire and manage 7 people and that’s it!

National Sales managers will hire 7 regional managers,

Regional managers will hire 7 state managers.

State managers will hire 7 city managers.

City managers will hire 7 sales people.
This way managers at any level will be not be overwhelmed by the task at hand.
We want our managers to make money and enjoy what they are doing!
The Job
Once a manager at any level has hired his / her 7 people directly below them, they will help support those managers in the area of hiring and training the next level of sales people or managers.
Duties will include:
State Manager's Pay
Based on 2 sales per day per person for the sales force in their 7 states:
This is based on an average of $75.00 per sale.
Actual pricing may be more or less depending on the size and scope of each job
City Manager's Pay
Based on 2 sales per day per person for the sales force:
This is based on an average of $75.00 per sale.
Actual pricing may be more or less depending on the size and scope of each job.
Sales Person's Pay
Based on 2 sales per day:
Keep in mind that some salespeople will make much more as this is commission based sales so the sky's the limit!

Residual Commissions
Each level of sales or management will receive residual commissions for each time a customer is serviced.
Most customers will be serviced once or twice per month so you will receive a check each month for all customers you sell or the sales people under your management sell for as long as the customer uses our service!
In many cases this may be 10 or 20 years or more!
Commission Structure & Example

Sales People: $20.00 per sale plus 15% of the gross sale plus 1% residual every time after.

Sales Managers: $10.00 per sale plus 10% of the gross sale plus 5% residual every time after.

DM: State Managers: 7% of the gross sale plus 1% residual every time after.
Example:
Types of Sales you can be paid for:
Most sales will be 1 to 10 locations however we have many multi-state and international clients who need all or some of their locations serviced on a regular basis.
We service the following types of businesses:
- Single locations like: Bob’s Barber shop!
- Retail shops in malls or plazas.
- Factories
- Offices
- Banks
- Car Lots
- Multiple locations such as: all 30 Speedway Gas stations in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- District or regional chain store locations.
- Franchise owned locations.
- Multi-State locations.
- Nationwide Locations!
Unlimited Opportunity!
One great thing about window cleaning is that almost every business in the United States has windows which need cleaned!
You might as well be the one who gets paid to take care of this for them!
Your Pay

All sales persons will be paid on a 1099 basis.

Le Grand Window Cleaning will not withhold any taxes from your check.

You will be paid 100 percent of your pay.

We will give you a 1099 at the end of each year which you will need for filing your taxes.
- For all legal purposes, you will be considered a 1099 employee.
Independent Sales Contractor

All persons hired will be considered independent contractors.

Le Grand Window Cleaning is not responsible for paying any taxes, insurance or benefits.

Independent contractors are responsible to provide all tools needed to perform their job. In the case of sales or sales management this would be things like:

Actual commissions may vary depending on the volume of sales produced.

State managers will be expected to hire and manage 7 city sales managers in their state.

Most window cleaning customers require monthly, weekly or bi-weekly service

Income is not limited as it is sales driven! The Sky's the limit!
Retirement
A sales person or manager of any level may retire after 10 years at which time they will receive 50% of their ongoing commissions for as long as such customers continue to be serviced by Le Grand Window Cleaning.
Disclaimer
Future commission amounts are subject to change if deemed necessary by Le Grand Window Cleaning with given notice to salespeople and managers.
If in a case where the cleaning service tech is to raise his / her rates or quits and a higher priced tech is hired, this may affect our ability to pay part of all ongoing commissions so commissions may be less or not at all some cases.
Business in a Box!
Basically this is like a business in a box! You will be in charge of sales and window cleaning for the customers your state. It’s like owning your own business! However, you don't have to do the paperwork, billing or payroll!
We do the Payroll! Le Grand Window Cleaning will pay all sales persons, managers and window cleaners so you don’t have to worry about payroll!
You can do this from home, a small office or even you car! Everything is internet driven so as long as you have wifi and a cell phone your in business!
You just make the sales and keep an eye on the shop!
Keep your seven city managers in place and help them succeed and everybody gets paid!!!
